For the European Drought Observatory in the JRC in Ispra, a new open position as external consultant is available.
The ideal candidate is an Environmental/GIS expert bringing the following set of expertise to the group:
- High English proficiency for the production of the Drought Observatory reports
- Environmental indices production and description
- Python knowledge
- GIS applications knowledge
Highly motivated, experience and ability in working in an international/multicultural environment, and the ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
