For a Financial/Insurance company, we are looking for n. 1 Testing analyst and n.1 Training analyst.
The Tesing analyst will support the client’s need on:
- designing test scenarios and test scripts for UAT, and executing the tests with business experts
The Training analyst will support the client’s need on:
- Create and maintain a central suite of training material
- Work with the delivery team to update and create new training material as new features are
developed - Work with local teams to identify their training requirements
- Use adoption statistics and feedback to identify areas of challenge
