OFAC is a specialized unit of the Central African Forests Commission (COMIFAC) that provides up-to-date and relevant data on the forests and ecosystems of the region, to have essential tools for steering and sharing knowledge for better governance and sustainable management of forest ecosystems.
It is framed in the implementation of the COMIFAC Convergence Plan, for a better contribution of natural resources to the fight against poverty in local populations.
